The Plot Of The Force Awakens Hints Directly From Lucasfilm Part 1

As soon as the first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens hit the web, the race to piece together the film’s plot went into hyperdrive. Major news outlets, social media insiders, and renown fan blogs such as StarWars7News.com and MakingStarWars.net have been competing to see who can uncover the film’s secrets first. Though some of the plot details currently making the rounds are still up for debate, we have reason to believe a key piece of information has been overlooked… and it’s something that’s been right under our noses this whole time! Buckle up and hit the jump to read more.

Take a moment and clear your mind of all the rumors and theories you have heard about regarding The Force Awakens. Goooood. Good. Now let us look at a few pieces of material that have been released that may point to what I believe are key hints dropped by Lucasfilm, J.J. Abrams, and his Mystery Box.

Let’s go back to some of the first gameplay footage released of the upcoming Battlefront game. While not directly tied to the plot of The Force Awakens per se, there are elements in the game that involve the film’s backstory, such as The Battle Of Jakku. The gameplay looked amazing and everything seemed kosher until the last few moments of the footage. Luke shows up to take on Vader as the battle on Hoth rages on. So what right? It’s just a game and what does Luke not fighting Vader on Hoth in the canon films have to do with anything? Luke is dressed in his Return of the Jedi garb and wielding his green lightsaber from the film. Keep that in mind and let’s move on to our next exhibit.

Recently Empire magazine covered The Force Awakens with artwork supplied by Lucasfilm/Disney. The covers included several of the new faces of Star Wars and some familiar things as well. We couldn’t help but notice a few of those familiar things seemed to be ….unnatural. Have a look at the “Darkside” cover as we call it. We circled something quite unusual within the art. You can see the new Bad Boyz (and Girlz) of Star Wars to the left but who’s on the right? Those are Original Trilogy era Stormtroopers not the new ones we have seen featured as far back as the first teaser!

Upon analyzing the “Lightside” cover we noticed something very peculiar too. Did you catch it? Check out the dish on the Millennium Falcon. We’ve seen it in two teasers sporting a new rectangular dish but it appears here in official artwork with the old school dish that, let me remind you …..was knocked off in ROTJ!!!! Do you have that eerie feeling creeping down your spine yet? Have you accepted what you know I am about to say? Are you thinking to yourself ..” No. No. That’s not true. That’s impossible!”. Continue reading and you will know it to be true.

There has been an awful lot of talk of a possible flashback in The Force Awakens and we here at FSW believe after analyzing these “Easter Eggs” the flashback is being mistaken for something else. Yes. After 35 years of becoming one with the Force, Luke Skywalker has developed the ability to hop through time and space as we know it. This is the reason he is so sought after in the Sequel Trilogy. We are confident Kylo Ren is after this ability in order to be trained by none other than Darth Vader himself. The lightsaber once owned by Anakin Skywalker and lost by Luke Skywalker will be seen at the opening of the film tumbling through space and landing on a planet where a cloaked figure will appear seemingly out of a ball of light and pure energy to retrieve it. It is there that our adventure will begin.

Let this all marinate in your mind then come back for the real meat of what transpires during The Force Awakens. In Part 2 of my analysis, we reveal photographic proof from the film’s production!
