Topps Star Wars Card Trader App Releases FSW Tribute Pack

Our lovable mascot “Goober” has spread joy and laugher to masses and embodies FSW with both his jovial and imposing presence. The Topps Star Wars Card Trader App has released a pack in tribute of FSW’s “Goober style” artwork and the man himself is gracing the card cantina.

This past week the “Sketchbook” collection was released on the Topps Star Wars Trading Card App and if you follow FSW you may have recognized the art styling of the inserts. Topps fell in love with the infectious artwork used on our site and knew the FSW name would draw sales. When they asked if they could use our name for the pack we said “sure …..for 2.5 million you can absolutely use our name!” Sadly Topps wasn’t too keen on the investment. In the end, they decided to go with the “Sketchbook” title instead but we did allow them to use Goober on one of the inserts for a more modest fee.

Here is an exclusive look at the Goober insert in all its glory! The insert is among the rarest of any in the entire app. There were only 100 “printed” so this may be the only time you feast your eyes on this force insensitive gem.

Here at FSW we always put Star Wars fans first, so 100 lucky card traders who find the Goober insert will receive an FSW Tervis cup and 5 of the 100 will be randomly selected to have lunch with us at the Wilshire Blvd. Chipotle location in L.A. (Travel and dining expenses are not covered.)
