John Boyega Goes To The Rim With New Production Company

pacific-rim-2

LONDON — Star Wars sweetheart John Boyega has announced his newly co-founded production company, Upper Room Productions, will produce the second installment in the Pacific Rim franchise. Boyega will not only produce the film but also star in it as well.

The first film received a 71% fresh rating at Rottentomatoes.com and was met with mixed reactions from the public. Hopefully J.B. and Co. can garner a bit more critical acclaim the second time around.

William Bobo’s 11-year old cousin, who does the morning announcements at Madison Middle School, followed Boyega home on his bike after class and scored an exclusive Q&A.

Reginald : Hey John! What is the plot of the new movie you are paying for?

JB: Well, it’s kind of hard to say bruv because we haven’t written it yet but it will definitely invoulve the finals.

Reg: I didn’t really make it the whole way through the first one, so I’m not to sure what you mean by finals?

JB: To be honest, mate, I kind of skipped the first one meself. Playing was going to be my second career choice if acting didn’t work. I’m a bit short though.

Reg: What in the sam hill are you talking about?

JB: I mean, I can hit threes from deep but my shorter, stout build doesn’t allow me to get at the rim the way I’d like. West coast ball has always had a place in me heart though. Check out this sweet concept poster my bruv made…

Reg: This movie is gonna be proper f%$&#d.

It appears John and Upper Room may want to read the fine print of their contract. Maybe it’s not too late to back out of the deal.
