First The Last Jedi Trailer Coming February 10th
An ILM insider has reached out to FakingStarWars to reveal an outline of the forthcoming trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. Is it real? Probably not. We got a ton of fake trailer descriptions when hype for The Force Awakens was building so it’s likely the same case here. If you don’t want to be spoiled, stop reading now as this may be true… but it probably isn’t.
- Finn waking up in a bacta tank. He is at Resistance base’s medbay.
- Sliding doors open as Poe Dameron rushes a meeting room on a ship and says, “They’re almost here.”
- Procession of mourners walk through a large city, similar to Jedha. Man in dark clothing pulls a blaster to shoot at someone in the procession.
- Poe, Finn, BB-8, and Kelly Tran are dressed in First Order clothing.
- Captain Phasma commands battalion of Stormtroopers and shouts, “Find them!” They are still in the city similar to Jedha.
- Stormtroopers causing commotion in the city, firing on civilians.
- Black screen with Leia saying, “Their shadow is growing.”
- Practical 8 foot tall Snoke steps out of the shadow and towers over Hux. Hux avoids eyecontact. Snoke asks, “Is she alive?” Hux replies, “Barely, Supreme Leader.” Snoke, “Good. The time has come for a family reunion.”
- Music builds.
- Finn bursts into a meeting between Leia and her advisors on her ship. “The First Order! The’ve found us!” Leia turns to him not surprised. Finn, “You knew?” Leia, “I felt it.”
- Millennium Falcon flies out of the ocean and into the sky.
- First Order TIE Fighters swarm in space.
- Stormtroopers run through an alley of the city to Phasma. Trooper says, “It’s the last Jedi.” Troopers run off and Phasma stays.
- Lightsaber ignights and green light is seen reflecting on Phasma’s helmet.
- Black screen, Luke says, “Everything will die with us.”
- STAR WARS in red, THE LAST JEDI.
