Jake Skywalker To Be Luke Skywalker For Halloween Again
For the third year in a row, infamous Luke Skywalker lookalike Jake Skywalker will be dressing up as the Jedi Master for Halloween again.
“It’s my go-to costume every day of the year, to be honest. It’s so darn easy to pull off. I don’t have to shower or shave ever. And no matter what I do as Luke — even if it’s the last thing he’d ever do — people cheer me on!”
According to Jake, his costume represents more than just a surefire way to rack up obscene amounts of candy, green milk and credits on Halloween; it’s also a symbol of hope.
“The real Luke hasn’t been seen for what… 20-30 years, so I’m just out here reminding people why they loved him in the first place. And hey, if someone doesn’t like my take on the guy… well, go on waiting for the real thing then. Better yet, dress up as Luke yourself. Just don’t get in my way. I’ve got keggers to attend with Yoda. Halloween’s gonna be lit!”
We reached out to Luke Skywalker via Holonet for a comment on his doppelganger, but have yet to hear back and likely never will given his disappearance.
