Oscar Isaac Compares The Rise of Skywalker to Intense Uno Game
In less than two months the final entry in the Star Wars saga will hit theaters, concluding the multi-generational Skywalker story. While plot details are being kept under wraps, Oscar Isaac, who returns as dashing or incompetent pilot Poe Dameron, spoke rather candidly about the plot with FakingStarWars. Isaac teams up with some new and familiar faces to take on Emperor Sheev Palpatine in a final showdown rumored to be equal to or more epic than the Avengers: Endgame‘s legendary “Portals” scene.
One of Jacen’s cousins caught up with the actor during the premiere of the hit Disney+ show The Mandalorian and he gave us an interesting take on the upcoming movie.
“When I sat down and read the script for the final battle between the Jedi and Sith, it reminded me of an intense game of Uno. It’s really a back-and-forth battle between the two factions. Just when you think Rey has Sheev beat… BAM! He hits her with a Draw Four! I can’t wait for you to see the climatic space battle! It’s like the Resistance and First Order are constantly throwing down reverse cards.”

The actor further stated, “Poe Dameron always has an Ace up his sleeve, or in this case, a Skip followed by a Draw 2!” Conversely another source once affiliated with the film described the script as “a game of Hot Potato or Kick the Can.” To be frank, we really don’t know what to make of that.
