In a flashback sequence to Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice at the beginning of the film, Superman screams in pain just like Darth Vader did when he learned of Padme’s death in Revenge of the Sith.
When Bruce Wayne dons goggles and a fur coat while going to recruit Aquaman in Iceland, it is a reference to Han Solo donning the same gear while searching for Luke Skywalker on Hoth in Empire Strikes Back. Additionally, Bruce Wayne’s hair and beard in this scene are a clear reference to Obi-Wan Kenobi’s grooming habits in Revenge of the Sith.
When Aquaman enters the water in the Icelandic fishing village, it’s just like how Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan enter the water on Naboo while following Jar Jar Binks in The Phantom Menace. Aquaman also takes his shirt off multiple times throughout the movie and that is a clear reference to Kylo Ren being topless in The Last Jedi.
When the lead terrorist threatens to kill children in the bank scene, it is a reference to when Anakin kills the younglings in Revenge of the Sith.
The parademons are an homage to the Geonosians from Attack of the Clones. They are both grasshopper men and it’s even clearer to see in the epilogue’s nightmare sequence when they are placed against the sandy orange backdrop.
When Diana says, “Invasion.” it’s a reference to Sio Bibble saying the same line in The Phantom Menace and later when she goes to meet with Bruce Wayne, he greets her with, “Hi there.” a reference to Obi-Wan’s iconic line of “Hello there.”
After an accident, Victor loses most of his limbs and is rebuilt as a cyborg just like Anakin Skywalker when he was rebuilt as Darth Vader in Revenge of the Sith.
“It appears she is a he, and he is a changeling.” When Martian Manhunter leaves Lois Lane’s apartment and transforms from Marth Kent back into his Martian form, it is a callback to the scene in Attack of the Clones when Zam Wessel changed from human to alien but in reverse!
Batman breaks down Steppenwolf’s defensive barrier in the same manner as the Battledroids destroying the Gungans’ defensive barrier in The Phantom Menace.
At the end of the fight against Steppenwolf, Wonder Woman beheads him like how Anakin beheads Count Dooku in Revenge of the Sith.
