Star Wars Fan Surprised to Learn Female Characters Exist

LAKE COMO, FL — Boomer Star Wars fan, Lyndon Augustine was shocked after accompanying his grandchildren to Galaxy’s Edge at Disney World and seeing female park cast members dressed as Rey and other characters. Augustine’s youngest grandson, Charlie age 7, explained that Rey is a girl and that Luke’s sister Leia was in the original three movies but Augustine disagreed about their genders.

How the writer of this article looked when he found out Mr. Augustine thought PRINCESS Leia was a man.

“You’re telling me that the person who killed Jabba the Hutt while wearing Roman Centurion armor was a woman? I don’t believe it. Kids have a crazy imagination. Star Wars is and always has been just for boys.”

— Lyndon Augustine

At that point, little Charlie went on to list all the female main characters in the Star Wars movies and TV shows. Mr. Augustine began to come around to that there may be females in Star Wars until the list got to the recently canceled Gina Carano’s Cara Dune.

Clearly a man, look at those pectoral muscles.

“Cara Dune? That character is clearly a man because a woman could never have muscles that big and beefy! Nice try kid.”

— Lyndon Augustine

Perhaps some people were just born stupid.
