The study conducted by Coruscant Finishing Academy found exuberating proof that people born between 1965 and 1980 have shifted their use of memes utilizing a popular children’s character to convey emotions or situations working adults find themselves exclusively to Baby Yoda. Phrases like, “Me when I haven’t had my coffee” or, “My face when my co-worker doesn’t change the printer toner when it runs out” or, “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere” and, “It’s Monday and my boss isn’t here yet so I’m working in my cubical buck-ass nude until they show up” are effortlessly copy and pasted in usually Impact font over screenshots of Baby Yoda.

According to an unnamed graduate of CFA who reportedly serves as majordomo in Mos Espa, Tatooine, the reason for this is due to Gen Xers having nostalgia for cute green creatures from their youth; examples include Kermit the Frog, Gumby, and of course Yoda.
