Kathleen Kennedy Still Hasn’t Achieved ‘True Jedi’ in LEGO Star Wars
As a lead up to the release of EA’s Star Wars – Jedi: Fallen Order on November 15th, JJ Abrams’ son Henry staged a Lucasfilm Let’s Play on his Twitch channel. So far the stream has featured appearances from JJ Abrams, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Pablo Hidalgo, Kelly Marie Tran, John Boyega, and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. On the day Kennedy joined young Abrams, she played LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga for the Nintendo Wii and revealed that she still has yet to achieve ‘True Jedi’ status.
Both Henry and JJ were shocked to learn Kathleen wasn’t a ‘True Jedi’ and JJ even questioned how she was allowed to be the president of Lucasfilm without being a ‘True Jedi’.
“Even Henry is a ‘True Jedi’ and he achieved that at 10 years old when he first played LEGO Star Wars.”

Kathleen was clearly embarrassed and made up an excuse that she hasn’t had enough time to go back and finish the game, even though it’s 12 years old. Kathleen did promise to become a ‘True Jedi’ by the time The Rise of Skywalker releases in theaters on December 20th.
