Gina Carano Says Turkey Identified As Gobbledy Gobble Goo Just Before Strangulation
The Mandalorian star Gina Carano is ruffling feathers yet again, only this time she’s triggered turkey rights advocates. In a recent text chain with FakingStarWars, Carano revealed the gender of the turkey she would be eating on Thanksgiving.
“It identified as Gobbledy Gobble Goo,” said the former MMA fighter.
Carano went on to explain how she also honored the late bird’s request for a humane termination. Using a long string of emojis, the actress painted a picture of the tender moment, which involved a bloodless strangulation via rear naked choke hold.

Given her recent controversy involving human pronouns, Carano leaned on Mandalorian co-star Pedro Pascal for tips on how to prevent a similar outcry from turkey rights advocates. Pascal advised her to control the story rather than letting the media put a click-bait spin on it.
“He told me to text FakingStarWars because you guys provide fair and funny news coverage,” said Carano.
After several meme exchanges with the actress, we asked Carano what if critics still find her actions to be transfowlphobic. “GOOBLE them for misunderstanding then 💪😃,” she quipped.
