Boba Fett to Replace Zayn Malik in 1D?
You heard it here first folks! Star Wars Episode II – Attack of the Clones actor Daniel Logan is in talks to join British boy band One Direction! More info after the jump!
We’ve been sitting on this one for almost a week now, since before Malik announced his departure from the band on Wednesday March 25. Daniel Logan is a huge fan of the band and was contacted by Malik to see if he was interested in replacing him when he departs to focus on living a “normal” life. Logan has hung out with the band members in the past and that’s how they learned he had skills of singing and dancing, and even songwriting.
Logan will be the oldest member of the group, being 6 years older than the youngest members Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne but just 4 years older than eldest member Louis Tomlinson.
Logan will likely start spelling his name differently to fit in with the rest of the band members by adding a “Y” into his name and doubling a letter like so, “Danyell Logan.”
So does this mean we won’t see Daniel Logan back onscreen as a young Boba Fett or voice him in any cartoons or video games? No it doesn’t! The other members of One Direction are also huge Star Wars fans and they want Logan to put his Star Wars career first so Logan will return if a young Boba Fett is set to appear in any upcoming media.
A bit of extra information, from what I understand, Logan is trying to get the other 1D members cameos in future Star Wars films/TV projects.
